Rise + Radiate Challenges!

Rise + Radiate FAQs

An Independent Beauty Consultant can achieve this challenge when she orders $600 or more in wholesale Section 1* products each month for four, five or six months during the January - June 2026 time frame. Orders to support the monthly amount of $600 or more do not need to be consecutive to be considered an achiever.

Rewards and Recognition:
• Four Months Achieved: Standing recognition at Seminar 2026.
• Five Months Achieved: Earn a Rise + Radiate sash in your fifth qualifying order. Wear the sash as recognition in your unit meetings or bring it along for the standing recognition at Seminar 2026.
• Six Months Achieved: Earn a Mary Kay branded quilted cross-body in your sixth qualifying order. You will also earn a special Six-Month Achiever Rise + Radiate sash to be picked up at the Reward Roundup at Seminar 2026. You can wear this sash proudly during your onstage recognition for your consistency.

Global Bingo Challenge FAQs

Are you ready to Pink Out with engaging, business-building activities? We’re hosting a pinktastic global bingo challenge on social media — Mary Kay style! You will be given two tasks per week for eight weeks, totaling 16 tasks. Complete all of the fun tasks such as hosting a skin care party, getting a new customer, sharing your favorite Mary Kay quote and more. If you Pink Out your card by completing all 16 tasks, you can party with us and maybe earn some sweet rewards!

Challenge Rules

Open to all independent sales force members. Achieve active* status by the end of the challenge time frame for a chance to attend the virtual party and earn rewards. New Independent Beauty Consultants can join the challenge at any moment — they simply need to complete all of the tasks for a chance to qualify.
All Beauty Consultants will receive the same bingo tasks, globally. An updated bingo card will be available on Mary Kay InTouch®.
Each square represents a task, achievement or product-related action.
The goal is to complete the entire card (Pink Out) by accomplishing these challenges.
To achieve the challenge, Beauty Consultants must Pink Out 16 tasks and achieve active* status by the end of the challenge.

New Tiered Discount

Starting and maintaining your Mary Kay business is easier than ever with a new tiered discount structure that incentivizes growth at your pace.

What’s Happening?

New and existing Independent Beauty Consultants who are not yet active will earn a 30% profit potential on My Shop orders that are less than $450 retail OR on Online Ordering inventory orders ranging from $100 to $449.99 retail they will receive a 30% discount.
Once an Independent Beauty Consultant reaches $450 in retail sales within one month, she will be considered active status. She will remain active for two months following any month with a qualifying active order(s) and will continue to receive the 50% discount on online inventory orders and/or 50% potential profit from her Shop orders.

How it helps you:

With the introduction of the tiered discount, new Independent Beauty Consultants working toward active status now have built-in flexibility and support from day one,making it easier to stay connected and start their business at their own pace. And the more their business grows, the more profit potential they can earn!
The Great Start® Program is also here to stay, continuing to offer the richest rewards for new Independent Beauty Consultants. Meaning that you can continue the same impactful conversations about the program, just as you do today.
