Debut as an Independent Sales Director from January through July 2025 with one of the following qualifications:
1. Debut January through April 2025 and achieve Start Strong from the New Independent Sales Director Program. Note: To achieve Start Strong, a new Independent Sales Director must develop six or more Great Start®-qualified† unit members and have $15,000 in cumulative unit sales volume in the first three months, including her debut month.
OR
2. Debut May through July 2025 with increased Independent Sales Director-in-Qualification unit wholesale Section 1 sales volume of $16,500. Note: DIQs in their fourth month must achieve $22,000 unit wholesale Section 1 sales volume.
Must be an Independent Sales Director at the end of the promotion.

Month End Close Update!
Starting January 2025, we are streamlining and shortening the month-end closing process.
In the past, additional days after month end were necessary when product orders were submitted by mail, requiring manual processing. This time was needed to receive, open, enter and process these orders. Today, with online ordering, independent sales force members can place and resolve orders until 11:59 p.m. CT on the last day of the month. Sales volume data and order tracking information are normally available within approximately 15 minutes of orders being placed, making the extra days no longer necessary.
With this update, here are a couple of helpful reminders:

- Effective Jan. 31, 2025, month end, all Independent Beauty Consultant Agreements and all product orders must be submitted and resolved by 11:59 p.m. CT, on the last day of each month to count toward that month’s sales volume. You will no longer be able to resolve orders during the first two business days of the following month.
- Independent Sales Directors can still create and submit orders for unit members, and those orders also must be submitted and resolved by 11:59 p.m. CT, on the last day of the month to count toward that month’s business. (Remember, ordering earlier in the month can help alleviate month-end delays and could create the potential for higher midmonth commissions and faster bonus payments!)
With this update, here are a couple of helpful reminders:
- Call volumes are higher during month-end close, so we encourage you to allow as much time as possible to submit and resolve your order(s). As a reminder, the month will close at 11:59 p.m. CT and all orders resolved after the month is closed will count toward the next month’s sales volume with no exceptions.
- Reports are updated approximately every 15 minutes. However, higher traffic and order volume during month end may cause intermittent system slowness while reviewing the myBusiness℠ Sales Volume page (was Production).
- Place your orders as early as possible to maximize your midmonth commissions and faster bonus payments! Learn more.
