*PLEASE NOTE - ONLY clients with a previous note for a signature will get a lipstick signature. New clients will no longer get the signature unless I email you letting you know :)
Cancels: if you see a your client with another manager name please email before you take them off your sheet
Please skim this list of cancels for those who have you marked as manager, these contacts can be fully deleted from your V cards sheet moving forward. If you have any questions/discrepancies please let me know
This is a combination of March And April cancels just in case any were last min cancels and missed :)
V card Steps
Step 1: edit/review clients profile > click the organization tab on the right > review the "title" field > confirm their marykay link is correct with https.
Hover over your clients picture on the top right > Click "Edit my profile" > Then click the tab "Organization".
Locate the field "TITLE" > This should contain a custom Marykay.com Link.
The link MUST have the full link including the https:// before the website address. (show below in image).
1. If it does not have the full address (example of incorrect address: www.marykay.com/vobannon1)
2. Highlight & copy the link, paste it into a separate tab on your browser and then let it load, once it loads copy the new URL address (corrected example: https://www.marykay.com/vobannon1)
3.Paste the new address in the Title box in their profile > Click the blue button on the bottom "Update Profile" and then move onto the nextstep.
If they have NO link please email me
STEP 2: EMAILS TAB > send the email summer product launch (unit) to unit for may 12
Check your notes - if it says something like (no Unit sends, or no product launch to unit) skip this step.
>Go to the emails tab > locate the email "SUMMER PRODUCTS 2021 (UNIT)" it is the pink floral background. >Click Use, add any notification & Signatures as needed>Click Send and schedule to Unit for May 12th (@7am is fine or what ever time it auto generates)
step 3: emails tab > send the customer summer product launch to their list of choice for may 17th
Check notes for their "Send to" option - Either NONE, PCP , ALL or CUSTOMERS
Follow the steps below based off their selection.
1. NONE = Skip this step 2. PCP = Send to list: PCP 3. ALL/CUSTOMERS = Send to list: Customers
>Go to the emails tab > locate the email "Customers Summer Products 2021 (Customers)" it is the pink trangle background. >Click Use, add any notification & Signatures as needed >Click Send and schedule to Their list of choice for May 17th (@7am is fine or what ever time it auto generates)
step 4: emails tab > double check both emails are scheduled to the correct list & date. Alter as needed. (if spanish save this step for after scheduling spanish email too)
Do Not skip this step. It takes just a few seconds and can confirm the work is correct as we need to work carefully to be sure the emails above are not crossed to incorrect lists.
Hover over the small "Scheduled" box on the left to preview the details. Click unscheduled on the right if changes need to be made.
step 5: contacts tab > confirm unit count > report changes to laura asap
Go to the contacts tab, combine the total of Unit + Spanish lists. Adjust it on your sheet. IF they moved up or down sizing categories please let laura know.
Categories are: -Less then 40 -41-120 -121 or more
Additional steps for Spanish Clients
STEP 1: emails Tab - Locate the email Spanish SUMMER product launch 2021 (Spanish) - Click "use" - send to list spanish for may 12
Check your notes for the client - No UNIT SENDS = skip this step.
SPANISH SUMMER PRODUCTS 2021 (Spanish)" it is the pink stripped background > click "Use" > (add notifications unless other wise noted) add signatures as needed > select list Spanish > Schedule for May 12 @ 7 am > Click send/Schedule
Step 2: emails tab > reload the page > confrim emails are scheduled to correct lists/date > unschedule and correct AS NEEDED
Confirm ALL or their emails are scheduled correct.
1. SUMMER PRODUCT LAUNCH (UNIT) Pink floral: to Unit for May 12th,
