Please note a couple changes moving forward for managers: 1. You must notify us directly when your steps are complete each month, notified before or on the deadline. Via text: 801-200-6988, Email: support@shanisoffice.com or Facebook messenger are acceptable. If we are not notified on multiple occasions your clients may temperately be reassigned. 2. Laura must also be emailed and notified of unit changes by the deadline or if you had no changes please let her know that. Laura@shanisoffice.com (She waits for these before billing clients) 3. If you want to be on the list to receive more clients please email/message/text me once so we can be sure our list is up to date. 4. If you have a preferred method for me to notify you work is ready other the the Managers FB group please let me know. 5. If for any reason you need help (Vacation/time off/emergencies/cant make deadline) - please reach out!! Many of our team members are happy to cover your clients! 6. Please Read through all the way once before getting started.
Basics to keep in mind: -Please work carefully with steps. -Each time you log into a different account - hover over their name in the top right corner and copy their email address. -Only clients with a note for a signature will get a lipstick signature. New clients will no longer get the signature unless I email you letting you know :)
Cancels: if you see a your client with another manager name please email before you take them off your sheet
Please skim this list of cancels for those who have you marked as manager, these contacts can be fully deleted from your V cards sheet moving forward. If you have any questions/discrepancies please let me know

Step 1: Emails tab > FALL Products 2022 > to unit for August 12
Check your notes - if it says something like (no Unit sends) skip this step.
Go to the emails tab > locate the email "FALL Products 2022 (UNIT)" it is the purple/brown swirly background. >Click Use, add any notification & Signatures as needed>Click Send and schedule to Unit for Aug 12th (@7am is fine or what ever time it auto generates)
step 2: emails tab> customers fall products 2022 > to their list of choice > august 17th
Check your notes - if it says something like (no product or no customer sends) skip this step.
Also check notes for: NONE, ALL, PCP or CUST NONE = Skip this step ALL = Send email to list: Customers PCP = Send email to list: PCP CUST = Send email to list: Customers
Go to the emails tab > locate the email "CustomersFALL Products 2022 (Customers)" it is the white/pink diamond background. >Click Use, add any notification & Signatures as needed>Click Send and schedule to THEIR LIST OF CHOICE for Aug 17th (@7am is fine or what ever time it auto generates)
step 3: emails tab > reload the emails tab and confirm the emails scheduled to the correct list and dates.
Go to the emails tab > confirm the emails are scheduled to the correct list and date. Unscheduled and correct as needed. These must be corrected if incorrect.
I recommend starting this step by opening a second tab, Then go to automatons, locate their NC (New consultant) automation and click "Edit". (But you can absolutely use one tab to bounce around if that works better for you)
Review/edit their NC Welcome email, skim the title it may say "Custom" or may look very custom once you review the email. If their email is super custom or says "custom" in the title SKIP THIS STEP 😘

If it has none or only has a few custom additional please follow the below steps: __________________________________________________________ 1. In the emails tab search/locate the new email: NC (Unit) *needs to have form image linked* JULY 2022 > Click share.
2. Ready the email: -Add "Office" to the title -Move their website or delete the line for Unit site -Remove paragraph about visiting the unit website under websites if they didn't have an additional site -Double check the video is the same or move theirs -Copy form from bottom -Copy headshot/lipstick -Add notifications -Save email
3. In automation change the email to the new email 4. Save/Start
Review/edit their NC Automation, See if they have a 6 steps email - if not SKIP THIS STEP!
If they do -skim the title it may say "Custom" or may look very custom once you review the email. If their email is super custom or says "custom" in the title SKIP THIS STEP 😘

Go to the contacts tab, combine the total of Unit + Spanish lists. Adjust it on your sheet. IF they moved up or down sizing categories please let laura know.

Additional steps for Spanish Clients
STEP 1: emails Tab - Locate the email Spanish fall product 2022 (Spanish) - Click "use" - send to list spanish for Aug 12
Check your notes for the client - No UNIT SENDS = skip this step.
Locate the Spanish FALL Products 2022 (Spanish)" v card it is the light pink floral background > click "Use" > (add notifications unless other wise noted) add signatures as needed > select list Spanish > Schedule for Aug 12 @ 7 am > Click send/Schedule
Review/edit their Span NC Welcome email, skim the title it may say "Custom" or may look very custom once you review the email. If their email is super custom or says "custom" in the title SKIP THIS STEP 😘 ("Most" do not customize Spanish)
