*ALL - New V card clients you get assigned will need a lipstick signatures. Please be sure these get added to all emails you schedule for V card work and add a note to your sheet for them. Cancels: if you see a your client with another manager name please email before you take them off your sheet
Please skim this list of cancels for those who have you marked as manager, these contacts can be fully deleted from your V cards sheet moving forward. If you have any questions/discrepancies please let me know

-For these clients - please make a note "ON HOLD May " -You will want to skip May work. But do not take them off your sheet. -Do not invoice Laura for them for May work

V card Steps
Important!!! Bombbomb had an update - to locate the clients - click on Team - select their group using the double arrow - click "Platform" on the left to search and locate the clients in that group:)
STEP 1: Emails tab - email: summer product launch 2020 pcp (unit) - schedule to unit for May 12
Check your notes - if it says no Product launch/Unit Sends - skip this step
SUMMER Product Launch 2020 (UNIT)" it is the green polka dot background > click "Use" > (add notifications unless other wise stated on notes) add signatures as needed > select list Unit > Schedule for May 12 @ 7 am > Click send/Schedule
STEP 2: Emails tab - Email: Customers summer product launch 2020 (customers) for May 16 to PCP, NONE or Customers
Check your notes for the sections that says one of the following: NONE, ALL, PCP
Follow the correct steps below for their selection:
NONE: Skip this step PCP: Schedule to list PCP ALL: Schedule to list Customers
Emails tab > locate email: CustomerSUMMER Product Launch 2020 (Customer)" it is the green stripe background > click "Use" > (add notifications unless other wise stated on notes) add signatures as needed > select list of their choice > Schedule for May 16 @ 10 am > Click send/Schedule
Step 3: automations tab - locate T1 - edit auto - edit email - remove content in email - save
Go to the automation tab > locate the T1 automation that has a green play button on the left. > Click edit > Click the drop down arrow for the email > click edit email. Scroll down on the email and locate the section screen shot below: Highlight "or be able to attend company events." Delete and replace with a period to close the sentence.
Click "save" at the top of your page.
Move on to the next step.
STep 4: Contacts tab - verify Unit count
Go to the contacts tab - locate their list "Unit" and "Spanish" list add up the total and edit your sheet as needed. If they move boxes please let Laura know asap of their change.
STep 5: emails tab - double check emails are scheduled to correct lists/dates
Click on the emails tab - once page loads skim top emails to be sure emails are set to correct lists and dates.
If you see a mistake please click "unschedule" and then click "edit" to re set the email to the correct list/date.
Additional steps for Spanish Clients
STEP 1: emails Tab - Locate the email Spanish SUMMER product launch 2020 (Spanish) email -Click "use" - send to list spanish for may 12
Check your notes - if it says no Product launch/ Unit Sends - skip this step
Go to emails Tab > Locate the email "SPANISHSUMMER product launch 2020 (Spanish)" it is the Pink floral background > click "Use" > (add notifications unless other wise stated on notes) add signatures as needed > select list Spanish > Schedule for May 12 @ 7 am > Click send/Schedule
